Further to our previous news flash 02/2018.  As you are aware of, the following fee increases occurred:
 
1 April 2018 - 15% VAT adjustment
1 June 2018 - Transfer and Bond fees increase
 
TAKE NOTE that the Deeds Office fees will also increase from 1 July 2018.
 
Please find hereto attach amended fee lists, which includes ALL increases from 1 April - 1 July 2018, for your perusal.
